This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
First of all, don’t stress! My job is to guide you every step of the way. I’ll help with posing, finding good light, and making sure you feel comfortable and confident. You don’t need to be a model—just come as you are. Wear something you feel good in, and don’t worry about being “perfect.” The goal is to capture genuine moments, not stiff poses. Most importantly, relax and have fun—we’re making memories, not just taking pictures!
What kind of gear do you use?
I am currently shooting with a Canon 6D Mark II but I always bring a back-up camera. I bring two different lenses with me to any session. Depending on what each session needs, I may shoot with one or two cameras.
Can you recommend any locations?
Yes, absolutely! I have a list of favorite spots with beautiful light and scenery that photograph really well. But if you have a special place in mind—whether it’s meaningful to you or just somewhere you’ve been wanting to go—I’m all for it! Let’s make your session feel personal and true to you.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages?
Travel fees aren’t included in my standard pricing, but they’re handled on a case-by-case basis—and they might not even apply to you! If your session is outside my local area, just reach out or include the location when booking, and I’ll let you know if any additional cost is needed. I’m happy to go wherever your story takes us!
